Description

The Audio-Technica ATW-CHG2A is a two-bay recharging station designed for the 2000 Series wireless systems. It allows simultaneous charging of NiMH batteries inside two ATW-T220a handheld transmitters and/or ATW-T210a UniPak® transmitters in any combination. The batteries are charged directly within the transmitters, eliminating the need for removal.

Key features include:

  • Maintenance charging to prevent battery self-discharge while transmitters remain in the unit

  • Automatic shut-off if alkaline (non-rechargeable) or damaged batteries are detected

  • Built-in safety circuitry that monitors cell voltage and disables charging if issues arise

  • Powered via a standard wall outlet using an included 12V DC power supply
