A3M TBS

The Yamaha A3M TBS is a premium acoustic-electric guitar designed for serious performers who demand rich sound, comfortable playability, and reliable stage performance.

This model features an all-solid wood construction, with a solid Sitka spruce top treated with Yamaha’s exclusive A.R.E. (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement) technology, giving it a mature, "opened-up" vintage tone right out of the box. The solid mahogany back and sides deliver warm, focused mids and excellent projection.

The body is a dreadnought shape with a cutaway, providing powerful acoustic volume and easy access to higher frets. Its scalloped bracing design further enhances resonance and low-end response.

The 3-piece mahogany neck is built for smooth playability, paired with an ebony fingerboard and bridge that add clarity and durability. The 650 mm scale length and 43 mm nut width make it comfortable for a wide range of players.

For amplified performances, the A3M is equipped with Yamaha’s SRT2 pickup system, which combines an under-saddle piezo pickup with microphone modeling technology. This allows players to blend signals and shape their tone precisely, achieving a natural, studio-quality sound even on stage.
