Description
FG2100-23EXB-IRS4 – Description
The FG2100-23EXB-IRS4 is an AMX EXB-IRS4 ICSLan IR/Serial Interface designed to extend device control over a standard Ethernet network. It allows an AMX NetLinx controller to remotely manage equipment such as displays, projectors, and AV devices by providing four IR/Serial control ports and four digital input ports in a compact, network-connected control box.
Using Native NetLinx Technology, the EXB-IRS4 integrates seamlessly into AMX control systems and enables centralized control of devices located far from the main controller. It is powered entirely via Power over Ethernet (PoE), eliminating the need for a local power supply and simplifying installation in conference rooms, classrooms, auditoriums, and distributed AV environments.
