APX600 OBB

The Yamaha APX600 OBB (Oriental Blue Burst) is a stylish, modern thinline acoustic-electric guitar designed for easy playability and stage-ready performance.

It features a slim, lightweight body with a cutaway, making it very comfortable to hold and allowing easy access to higher frets — ideal for live playing or long practice sessions.

A spruce top combined with nato back and sides delivers a bright, clear sound with a balanced warmth. The special non-scalloped X bracing enhances low-end response, giving the guitar a surprisingly full tone despite its slim body.

The shorter 25" scale length and narrow 43 mm nut width make it easy to play, especially for electric guitar players or those with smaller hands.

Equipped with Yamaha’s System 65A preamp and piezo pickup, it offers clear, natural amplified sound and includes a 3-band EQ and built-in tuner for quick tone shaping on stage.
