Description
The ATW-3211/892X is a high-performance wireless microphone system designed for professional applications such as presentations, live performance, houses of worship, theatre and broadcast. It features a rack-mountable half-rack receiver, a bodypack transmitter and an ear-set (or head-worn) microphone, offering hands-free operation and strong RF performance in congested UHF environments.
The system provides a wide tuning bandwidth (up to 60 MHz), true-diversity reception, IR sync, backup frequency switching and a rugged metal chassis for reliability and mobility. It is well suited for use in multi-channel setups and challenging RF conditions.
Key Features
-
Operating frequency bands: e.g. “DE2” (470.125-529.975 MHz) or “EE1” (530.000-589.975 MHz) depending on regional variant.
-
Wide tuning range (60 MHz) with many selectable frequencies to help avoid interference.
-
True-diversity receiver architecture: compares two independent RF paths to reduce dropouts and improve reliability.
-
Auto-scan function: searches for clean frequencies and lets you sync the transmitter via IR from the receiver.
-
Backup-frequency capability: the transmitter has a multifunction button that lets you switch to a pre-set backup frequency if interference occurs.
-
Receiver has dual-mode OLED display (standard/performance view) showing RF signal, frequency, mute status, audio level, battery life, etc.
-
Bodypack transmitter: rugged metal housing, Hirose screw-down 4-pin connector (for lavalier/headset), selectable RF output (e.g. 10 mW / 30 mW), gain adjustment (-10 to +20 dB in 2 dB steps) and a tactile mute switch.
