The black JBL AW526 is a high-powered, lightweight, 2-way all-weather loudspeaker built for full-range audio performance in demanding environments. It features a 15" 2265H low-frequency driver with JBL’s Differential Drive technology, which uses dual voice coils and dual magnetic gaps, paired with a 2432H compression driver with a 1.5" exit for high frequencies.

A large Progressive Transition waveguide delivers a broad 120° x 60° dispersion and is rotatable, allowing for either horizontal or vertical installation. The loudspeaker supports 8-ohm operation and includes a built-in 400W transformer for use in 70V/100V distributed audio systems. Housed in a rugged, multi-layer glass composite enclosure with internal bracing for enhanced low-frequency response, the AW526 also features a 16-gauge stainless steel grille backed with open-cell foam and stainless mesh, ensuring reliable protection in harsh weather conditions.
