The JBL AWC129 in black is a weather-resistant passive coaxial loudspeaker engineered to deliver powerful, full-range audio in both indoor and outdoor environments. It is ideal for use in stadiums, sports complexes, amusement parks, cruise ships, and for background music or paging systems.

This speaker handles up to 400 watts of continuous power and features a 12" woofer reinforced with Kevlar along with a 1" fluid-cooled high-frequency driver. Together, they provide a high peak output of 128 dB SPL and a broad frequency range from 55 Hz to 20 kHz (-10 dB). Its coaxial design ensures a uniform 90° x 90° coverage pattern, offering consistent sound distribution across the listening area.

Constructed from durable, paintable ABS material, the enclosure is IP56-rated for resistance to dust and moisture. A rugged steel grille, backed with open-cell foam, adds extra environmental protection. The speaker also includes a built-in multi-tap transformer with rear-panel tap settings, enabling flexible use in both 70V/100V distributed systems and 8-ohm direct setups. A matching U-bracket is supplied to simplify mounting and installation.
