BLX2/SM58=-J11 Handheld Transmitter with SM58 Microphone

The Shure BLX2/SM58 is a handheld wireless microphone transmitter designed for use with Shure BLX wireless systems. It integrates the legendary Shure SM58 dynamic cardioid microphone capsule, an industry standard for live vocals, speech, and performance. The cardioid pickup pattern helps isolate the main sound source while reducing background noise and feedback. The built‑in spherical wind and pop filter minimizes plosive sounds for clear and intelligible vocal reproduction. The transmitter is lightweight and rugged, providing reliable performance with up to 14 hours of continuous use on two AA batteries and an operating range of up to 300 feet (line of sight). It includes easy group and channel selection for quick frequency matching with the receiver, an on/off switch, adjustable gain control, and a black ID cap. The J11 version operates within the 596–616 MHz frequency band.
