Description

KTN210B

The KTN210B is a combo bass amplifier designed for electric bass — not a guitar amp. It’s built as a “2×10″ + tweeter” bass amp combo, with solid onboard amp modeling, built-in effects, and flexible tone shaping. It’s meant for bass players needing a compact but powerful amp for practice, rehearsals, recording, or live playing.

 Key Features & Capabilities

  • 160 W Class-AB amplifier — enough power for small to medium stage gigs, rehearsals, or studio monitoring.

  • Speaker configuration: two 10″ custom woofers + high-frequency tweeter (with on/off switch) — designed to give bass a full, balanced sound with punchy lows and defined highs, including clarity for slapping or finger-style bass.

  • Three amp “characters” (preamp voicings) — you can choose between different tonal flavors to suit different music styles.

  • Tone shaping controls — comprehensive EQ (bass, mids, treble, with adjustable mids), plus tone-shape/“shape switch” options to dial in the sound (e.g. mid-scoop, bright, extended range).

  • On-board effects & extra controls — includes functions such as compressor, drive, and two FX blocks (with selectable effects), giving flexibility to shape tone and add effects without external pedals.

  • Blend / “dry + processed” mixing — lets you mix your clean (dry) bass signal with the processed/effected signal for clarity and punch.

  • Preset memory (tone settings) — ability to store a few sound setups so you can quickly recall favorite tones.

  • Flexible outputs and connectivity — includes speaker out (for external cab), line/record output / headphone out, send/return loop, and USB connectivity for direct recording or interface with computer/DAW. This also lets you record or play through headphones with cabinet emulation.

  • Power control for volume versatility — you can tame volume for home or low-volume practice while keeping amp feel, or crank for gigs when needed.
