Bridging Transformer

The Shure A15BT is an audio accessory known as a bridging transformer. Its main purpose is to allow you to connect devices that have different types of signal balance (balanced vs unbalanced), different impedances, or levels—to make them compatible without introducing significant noise or distortion. The unit uses XLR connectors (male & female) to facilitate conversion, matching, or isolation between such devices.
