JBL Control 12C/T Overview

The JBL Control 12C/T is a white pair of 3-inch passive ceiling speakers from the Professional Series, engineered to provide clear, well-distributed sound in low to medium volume settings such as offices, shops, hotels, classrooms, and other public spaces.

Each speaker features a full-range 3" driver capable of handling 40W of continuous program power. With a peak SPL of 103 dB and a frequency range from 68 Hz to 17 kHz (-10 dB), the Control 12C/T ensures consistent, high-quality audio coverage. Its 130° conical dispersion pattern minimizes the number of speakers needed by maximizing coverage.

Equipped with a built-in 15W multi-tap transformer, the speaker supports both 70V and 100V distributed audio systems, and includes a bypass mode for standard 8-ohm installations. The unit comes with a pre-installed backcan and a UV-resistant, paintable ABS baffle for hassle-free installation and visual flexibility.
