DAS Audio ALTEA-408 Passive 8" Loudspeaker

The ALTEA-408 is a compact passive loudspeaker designed to deliver clear and balanced sound across a wide range of applications. Suitable for small PA systems, stage monitoring, and fixed installations, it offers reliable performance with excellent clarity and coverage.

It is equipped with an 8-inch low-frequency driver featuring a 2-inch voice coil, providing solid mid and bass response. High frequencies are reproduced by a compression driver with a 1-inch voice coil, ensuring detailed and precise sound. A 90° x 90° dispersion horn delivers wide and even coverage, making it effective in both portable and installed setups.

Constructed from durable polypropylene, the enclosure is both lightweight and rugged. With integrated handles and M8 rigging points, the speaker is easy to transport, mount, and position for various applications.

ALTEA-408-T (70V/100V Version)

The ALTEA-408-T is a specialized version of the ALTEA-408, designed for use in distributed audio systems. It includes a built-in transformer that enables direct connection to 70V/100V line systems, commonly used in commercial and large-scale installations.
