The ALTEA-412 is a passive full-range loudspeaker engineered to deliver powerful, high-quality sound across a wide range of applications—from medium-sized PA systems to stage monitoring and fixed installations. With a frequency response of 68 Hz to 20 kHz and a maximum SPL of 127 dB, it offers impressive output and versatility for both music and speech reinforcement.

At its core is a robust 12-inch low-frequency transducer featuring a 2.5-inch voice coil, designed to provide accurate and punchy bass with excellent musicality. High frequencies are reproduced by the M-32 compression driver with a 1-inch voice coil, ensuring clear and detailed highs. The 90º x 60º horn dispersion delivers controlled, even coverage, making it ideal for a variety of venue sizes and setups.

Constructed from durable polypropylene, the enclosure is both rugged and relatively lightweight at 14.5 kg, making transport and installation easier. Integrated ergonomic handles and M8 rigging points enhance its practicality for both portable and permanent installations.

The ALTEA-412-WR variant is specifically designed for outdoor and exposed environments. It features weather-resistant components, including INOX stainless steel grille and hardware for corrosion resistance. The grille incorporates a triple-layer protection system—fabric, foam, and water-repellent mesh—to guard against moisture, dust, and environmental elements. A rear protective cover for the speakON connector further safeguards the electrical connection from water exposure.
