The DAS Audio EVENT-26A is a compact, powered two-way line array speaker designed for exceptional performance and easy deployment. Its durable polypropylene cabinet combines portability with road-ready reliability, making it ideal for small to mid-size rental and installation applications.

The speaker integrates two 6.5″ cone transducers and a single M-60 compression driver. The symmetric “V” design of the cone drivers ensures consistent 100º horizontal coverage down to 300 Hz, while the M-60 driver, paired with an advanced waveguide, provides controlled vertical dispersion and seamless coupling in vertical arrays.

Equipped with a two-channel Class D amplifier delivering 400 W continuous (800 W peak) power, the EVENT-26A includes Neutrik® XLR and powerCON connections. The DAScontrol™ interface allows quick preset selection for different array configurations, while the onboard DSP handles crossover, EQ, delay, and limiting. Advanced FIR filtering maintains constant phase response for transparent sound and clear audio reproduction.

The speaker’s FSSTM (Fast Set Splay) rigging system allows precise angle adjustments even when stacked, and stainless-steel hardware supports flown arrays of up to 16 units in 1º increments from 0º to 10º. Low-frequency reinforcement can be added with the flyable EVENT-115A subwoofer for complete coverage.
