DBX CT-3 Advanced Cable Tester

The dbx CT3 is a professional-grade cable tester designed to quickly and accurately check a wide range of cable types. Built for versatility, it supports numerous common connectors including RJ45, RJ11, MIDI, Speaker Twist, XLR, RCA/Phono, BNC, DIN, TRS, TS, DMX, and Banana. Its two-piece design separates into a Sender and Receiver, making it ideal for testing long runs and permanently installed cables with ease.

Capable of testing cables with up to 8 pins, the CT3 also features a built-in test tone generator, simplifying signal tracing and verification. It allows straightforward testing between different connector formats, while bright LEDs and an audible beeper on the Banana connector continuity tester provide clear, immediate feedback. Housed in a rugged chassis, the CT3 is built to withstand demanding studio and live-sound environments.
