DBX ZC8 EU Wall-Mounted Zone Controller

The Zone Controllers extend the functionality of the DriveRack® and ZonePRO™ systems by providing analog DC voltage control for tasks such as zone source selection, volume adjustment, muting, program or scene selection, and fire safety muting. Using standard CAT5 cables with RJ-45 connectors, these controllers support cable runs up to 1,000 feet, providing contractors with a simple, reliable, and cost-effective solution.

The ZC-8 combines programmable source selection with push-button up/down volume control for dbx ZonePRO™ devices, giving users flexible and precise control over audio zones.

Architects’ and Engineers’ Specifications

The remote controller shall provide:

• Programmable push-button up/down volume control for ZonePRO devices

• Programmable rotary switch source selection

• DIP switches for device identification

• Connection to the processing device via CAT5 cable with RJ-45 connectors

The unit shall be the dbx ZC-8-EU remote controller.
