FS9 M NT

The Yamaha FS9 M NT is a premium, all-solid concert-size acoustic guitar designed for professional-level players who want the highest quality tone and craftsmanship.

It features a solid Adirondack spruce top, known for its powerful, dynamic, and highly responsive sound. The solid mahogany back and sides add warmth, rich midrange, and a strong, woody character. Together, they create a beautifully balanced tone that is clear, articulate, and full of warmth — perfect for fingerstyle, light strumming, and vocal accompaniment.

The guitar uses Yamaha’s A.R.E. (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement) treatment, giving it a “broken-in” vintage sound right out of the box. It also has scalloped X-bracing for improved resonance and projection.

The concert body shape is compact and comfortable, making it easy to play for long sessions, whether sitting or standing.

It comes with a smooth African mahogany neck, an ebony fingerboard and bridge, and bone nut and saddle for enhanced sustain and clarity. The Gotoh open-gear tuners ensure stable, precise tuning, and the natural gloss finish (NT) shows off the beautiful wood grain.
