We understand that mistakes happen. We do our best to make sure that they don't happen on our end, but should you receive a lemon, rest assured we will pay for the shipping back to us and send you a new one free of charge. All purchases have a 30 day grace period with us and as authorized retailers of all the brands you'll find on our site, all products are covered by additional varying manufacturer warranties after that period. If it turns out that you feel you've made an error in your purchase, please contact as soon as possible and we'll get you a return authorization. We'll help you through the process of shipping your purchase back to us and as soon as we receive it back at World of Stereo headquarters and assess the condition we'll process your refund! Purchases that have been opened and used may incur a restocking fee of 10-20% depending on condition of the unit and packaging. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
