Description
The unit shall feature a line-array design consisting of sixteen 4-inch full-range drivers, each fitted with moisture-resistant diaphragms. The arrangement of these drivers will follow a patented configuration for optimal performance.
All signal processing required to operate the electronically steerable line-array will be integrated within the unit, eliminating the need for external components and reducing associated installation costs. The electronic components will be housed on a dedicated chassis within a separate compartment located at the front of the enclosure. These electronics will include an audio input module, a DSP system with two inputs and eight outputs, eight power amplifiers equipped with protective circuitry (amplifiers one to four will each power one driver, while amplifiers five to eight will each power three drivers), and a switch-mode power supply.
The input stage will be transformer-balanced. Signal processing will be fully digital, handled by a 32-bit DSP capable of 900 MFLOPS. This processor will manage output filtering and delay settings. In addition, it will support equalization, pre-delay, volume control, auto-gain, and compression as needed. Software and configuration data for the DSP will be stored in non-volatile memory, allowing for future updates and customization.
