The Intellivox-DSX180 is specifically designed for compact, less reverberant spaces where clear speech reproduction is essential. It also serves effectively as a supplementary system in larger Intellivox setups, delivering sound to areas that might otherwise be missed. Capable of evenly distributing audio over distances of up to 25 meters, it maintains consistent sound pressure across the listening zone. The unit is equipped with ten specially engineered 4-inch drivers and four 1-inch dome tweeters, all powered by an eight-channel class-D amplifier supported by a reliable switched-mode power supply. The inclusion of dome tweeters enhances high-frequency horizontal dispersion and improves overall sound quality for both voice and music applications.

To meet the rigorous requirements of life safety systems, the DSX180 integrates comprehensive monitoring features. It is fully compatible with WinControl software, which provides intuitive management of beam steering, sound processing, and system diagnostics. The DSX180’s compact form factor makes it easy to install discreetly in venues with strict architectural design standards. For extended low-end performance, the system can be paired with a JBL subwoofer.
