The white JBL Professional AM5215/64 is a passive 2-way 15" loudspeaker system designed for medium-power applications and is ideal for professional installations such as theaters, performance venues, auditoriums, houses of worship, clubs, live music settings, sports arenas, and theme parks. It incorporates a JBL Differential Drive 265H-1 15" low-frequency driver with dual voice coils and dual magnetic gaps, along with a 2408H-1 high-frequency compression driver featuring a 1.5" exit and 1.5" voice coil. A large-format Progressive Transition (PT) waveguide delivers 60° x 40° coverage and can be rotated, allowing for use in vertical or horizontal positions. The system includes high-slope passive crossover networks to reduce frequency overlap and ensure clean separation between low and high frequencies. Its consistent off-axis performance supports seamless array configurations. The AM5215/64 can operate in either bi-amp or passive mode, easily switchable for flexible setup.
