  Shell Construction

  • Hybrid Oak Shell:

    • Made of 7 plies, including a central phenolic ply for increased projection and definition.

    • Surrounding plies are oak, delivering a deep, warm, and powerful fundamental tone.

    • Shell thickness: 7.3 mm, thicker than standard maple shells for added low-end punch.

  • Sound Character:

    • Produces a rich low-end, strong attack, and articulate projection—perfect for live stages and loud music styles.
