The LHT-0807UIS is an 8″ x 7″ rack tom from Yamaha’s premium Live Custom Hybrid Oak series. This series is known for its powerful sound projection and bold finishes, designed for modern drummers who need strong attack and a beautiful stage look.

Hardware & Design

• Size: 8" diameter × 7" depth — compact and easy to fit into multi-tom setups.

• Bearing edge: 45°, with a slightly rounded profile (R1.5) for balanced tone and sensitivity.

• Hoops: 2.3 mm DynaHoops (steel) in dark finish, giving extra tuning stability and a focused sound.

• Lugs: Absolute single-post lugs in dark chrome — designed to reduce shell contact and allow the shell to resonate more freely.

• Mounting: Uses Yamaha’s Y.E.S.S. III system, minimizing contact to preserve sustain and vibration.
