NMX-ENC-N1133A Encoder Overview

The NMX-ENC-N1133A offers enhanced digital pixel reproduction while reducing already imperceptible latency by half. Its packetized video streams remain visually lossless across the distribution network and arrive instantly. The encoder supports separate HDMI and VGA/RGB inputs, Power over Ethernet (PoE), AES67 audio, and features a dedicated SFP fiber port. The fiber connection enables visually lossless video transmission over fiber-only networks, extending signal reach beyond standard category cabling. Added USB connectivity allows users to extend USB over IP for touch-enabled displays and KVM applications.

The N1000 Series Encoders and Decoders provide a cost-effective AV-over-IP switching solution that packetizes video into a lightly compressed IP format. This allows systems ranging from a small 2×1 seamless presentation switcher to mid-sized matrix switchers using off-the-shelf network switches.
