The PG2-R is a professional pistol grip designed for handheld use with shotgun microphones and other compatible mics. It incorporates dual Rycote® Lyre® shock mounts to effectively minimize handling noise, along with four mounting positions to accommodate the full range of compatible RØDE shotgun microphones. An integrated cable management clip keeps cabling neat and secure.

Lightweight and comfortable to hold, the PG2-R includes multiple cable routing points and a dedicated channel that allows the PG2-R Pro Cable to sit flush at the base for straightforward XLR connection. It also features a robust locking nut for precise microphone angle adjustment and a 3/8-inch threaded base for mounting on boompoles or microphone stands.
