The Yamaha SBB-1815DUS is an 18" × 15" bass drum from the Stage Custom Birch series, finished in a striking Deep Blue Sunburst lacquer. Built with a 6-ply, all-birch shell, it delivers a punchy, focused low end with a quick, articulate attack and controlled decay — ideal for drummers who want clarity and definition in their bass sound.

This model features Yamaha’s Enhanced Sustain System (YESS) mounting, which reduces shell contact to enhance resonance and sustain. The low-mass lugs support more natural shell vibration, while triple-flanged steel hoops provide durability and easy tuning.

Die-cast claw hooks with rubber inserts help reduce noise and protect the hoops, and sturdy, adjustable bass drum legs with non-slip stoppers ensure stability on any stage or studio floor.
