The Yamaha SBT-1309CR is a 13" × 9" rack tom from the Stage Custom Birch series, finished in a striking Cranberry Red high-gloss lacquer that stands out on any stage.

The shell is crafted from 6 plies of 100% birch, delivering a bright, focused attack with strong projection and tight low-end response. Yamaha’s signature diagonal seam construction ensures excellent shell roundness and long-lasting resonance.

It features Yamaha’s YESS (Yamaha Enhanced Sustain System) mounting system, allowing the drum to resonate freely for longer, richer sustain. Low-mass, separate lugs minimize shell contact, helping preserve the natural tone and making tuning more precise.

Steel triple-flanged hoops provide an open sound and solid tuning stability. The tom comes equipped with clear Remo heads, offering a versatile, punchy tone right out of the box.
