Its hypercardioid/lobar polar pattern and very narrow pickup angle focus on the target sound with precision, which is especially useful in professional broadcast, location sound, film, field recording, and live event environments. The capsule is lightweight and constructed from durable aluminum alloy for reliability in a variety of working conditions. The product itself is the capsule only and does not include a preamp.
