The SB905 is a rechargeable lithium‑ion battery specifically designed for newer‑style MXW2 handheld transmitters. It connects directly to the transmitter’s internal circuitry using a short cable and provides long runtime for wireless operation. The battery supports remote monitoring of remaining runtime and charge status through the MXW network interface. It is intended as a replacement for the earlier SB902A battery.
