Shure XLR PREAMP, TWINPLEX MICS, TQG/TA4F CONNECTOR

The Shure RPM400TQG is a compact wired microphone preamplifier designed to adapt Shure miniature microphones with a TA4F (also called mTQG) connector to a standard 3‑pin XLR connector for use with mixers, recorders, consoles, and other professional audio gear. It includes a belt clip for convenient mounting and requires phantom power from the host device to operate. The unit provides active gain conversion so that condenser lavalier and headset mics with TA4F connectors can be used in wired XLR applications with proper powering and signal level translation. It is especially suited for Shure TwinPlex series lavalier microphones such as the TL45, TL46, TL47, TL48 and Shure TH53 headset mic.
