The Soundcraft A520.005000SP is a Dual Cat5 MADI (Multichannel Audio Digital Interface) I/O card designed for Soundcraft Si Series digital mixing consoles. It allows the transmission of 64 channels of digital audio (32 inputs and 32 outputs) over dual Cat5e or Cat6 cables, delivering a reliable, low-latency connection to remote audio devices such as stage boxes, broadcast OB vans, or other digital consoles.

This card supports two operational modes:

• Redundant Mode: One cable transmits the full audio stream while the second serves as a backup, ensuring continuous audio even if a cable fails.

• Split Mode: Audio channels are divided across both cables, either doubling the bandwidth or allowing connections to multiple destinations.
