The SRX928S is a dual 18-inch powered subwoofer engineered to complement SRX900 full-range systems. It features two JBL 2279-1 18-inch woofers equipped with JBL’s proprietary Differential Drive® technology—featuring dual voice coils and dual gaps for enhanced heat management, reduced power compression, and improved dynamic range compared to traditional single-coil designs.

With integrated DSP and Class-D amplification, the SRX928S offers a true plug-and-play experience, delivering consistent and optimized performance across different environments. Its central low-frequency port enhances airflow and minimizes audible turbulence, even at maximum output. Additionally, a robust software suite provides full system control across multiple platforms including Windows, macOS, and iPadOS.
