Description
The Yamaha SS-740A is a medium-weight, single-braced snare stand designed for drummers who need a sturdy yet portable option. It features a gearless tilter system, allowing precise and smooth angle adjustments for the snare drum.
Its three-arm basket can securely hold snare drums ranging from 10 inches to 14 inches in diameter. The height is adjustable from approximately 45 to 61 cm (17¾" to 24"), making it versatile for sitting or standing positions.
The tripod base has single-braced legs, which provide stable support while keeping the overall weight low for easy transport. Rubber feet on each leg ensure strong grip and help prevent sliding on stage surfaces.
