The Technics SL-1200MK7 Direct Drive Turntable System is a professional turntable designed for audiophiles, DJs, and turntablists. The SL-1200MK7 offers significant enhancements to the analog and digital technology including coreless direct-drive motor and precision digital motor control, which eliminate cogging from rotation irregularities. The latest microcomputer technology is utilized for advanced motor control, which ensure high performance in normal rotation and responds accurately to a wide range of DJ play styles, such as scratching. Additionally, the starting torque and brake speed can be adjusted individually to suit the user's preference. What's more, by pressing the Speed Selector button and the Start/Stop simultaneously, the platter will reverse direction, adding a whole new level of performance possibilities.
