The Yamaha TMB-1814BTS is a 14" × 18" bass drum from Yamaha’s Tour Custom series. Designed for drummers who need a compact yet powerful kick, it delivers a warm, punchy sound with strong low-end resonance.
This bass drum features a 6-ply all-maple shell with a 45° bearing edge, allowing it to produce a rich, full-bodied tone that projects well in both live and studio settings. The maple construction offers excellent balance between attack and sustain, giving it a versatile voice suitable for a wide range of musical styles.
It includes matching wood hoops for added warmth and visual elegance, as well as Yamaha’s Absolute single-post lugs, which enhance shell resonance and sustain by minimizing hardware contact.
