The Yamaha TMF-1615CHS is a premium 15″ × 16″ floor tom from the Tour Custom Maple series. It features a 6-ply North American maple shell (5.6 mm thick), designed to produce a warm, rich, and resonant tone with powerful low-end presence and smooth sustain.
Its 45° bearing edges provide excellent sensitivity and attack, while the 2.3 mm inverse DynaHoops help deliver focused projection and stable tuning. The drum is equipped with Yamaha’s Absolute single-post lugs, which reduce shell contact for better resonance and a clean, modern appearance.
Finished in a classy Chocolate Satin, this floor tom highlights the natural maple grain for an elegant, professional look on stage or in the studio.
