Built with a 6-ply, 5.6 mm all-maple shell, it produces a warm, resonant tone with rich lows, clear mids, and smooth sustain. The 45-degree bearing edges ensure crisp attack and easy tuning.
Outfitted with 2.3 mm Inverse DynaHoops, this tom delivers focused sound with controlled overtones, while Absolute single-post lugs minimize shell contact to enhance resonance and tuning stability.
The Y.E.S.S. (Yamaha Enhanced Sustain System) mounting system provides excellent shell isolation for maximum sustain and flexible positioning.
