Tone Generator - 700 Hz Microphone-Level Signal

The A15TG Tone Generator is a battery-operated 700 Hz signal source designed for diagnosing issues with low-impedance, balanced-line microphone inputs.

It features a recessed On/Off switch and a 3-pin XLR connector. The end cap is removable for easy installation and removal of the battery. The A15TG can handle phantom power and short circuits in the connected line, with built-in short circuit protection that restores normal functionality once the short is cleared.

With a 1.5V alkaline battery, the A15TG can run continuously for approximately 1,000 hours. To extend battery life, be sure to switch it off when not in use.
