The AKG CSX BIR10 is a professional 10-channel infrared control unit and breakout box designed for the CSX IRS10 infrared language distribution system. It serves as the central hub for secure wireless audio transmission in conference, interpretation, assistive listening, and tour guide applications. The unit can operate either as part of the AKG CS5 conference system or as a standalone infrared distribution system, supporting up to 10 audio channels simultaneously. Its expandable architecture allows it to cover virtually any room size through multiple infrared radiator connections.
