The Allen & Heath dLive C1500 is a compact, rack-mountable digital control surface designed for use with the dLive MixRack system. It provides full hands-on control of the dLive mixing engine, allowing engineers to manage large-scale live sound systems from a highly portable and space-efficient console surface.

Despite its compact footprint, the C1500 delivers a full-featured mixing experience with 12 motorized faders, multiple layer access, and a high-resolution touchscreen interface. It is built around Allen & Heath’s Harmony UI, which provides intuitive touch and gesture-based control similar to modern tablet devices, making navigation and workflow fast and efficient.

The surface itself does not process audio; instead, it connects to a separate MixRack, which handles all DSP, I/O, and audio processing. This modular design allows flexible system placement, with the MixRack typically positioned on stage and the control surface at front-of-house or mobile control positions. This makes it ideal for touring, corporate events, houses of worship, and professional live production environments.
