It offers three modes: Chaser Mode, Dimmer Mode, and MIDI Mode that will give you many options.The Chaser mode includes 4-channel chase controller with 10 built-in chase programs so you can start right out of the box. The Dimmer mode comes with 1,2, or 4-channel dimmer pack with 4 individual DMX channels. The MIDI mode allows the device to receive MIDI notes 001 - 128. All of the chase programs can be set to fade-in or fade-out.
