The Audio-Technica AT8035 is a professional line + gradient condenser shotgun microphone designed for video production, broadcast (ENG/EFP), documentaries, film production, and outdoor recording applications. Its extended 14.53-inch interference tube provides a narrow acceptance angle for highly directional sound pickup, helping isolate the desired audio source while minimizing unwanted ambient noise from the sides and rear. The microphone can be powered by either a single AA battery or 11–52V phantom power, making it versatile for use with a wide range of cameras, mixers, and audio recorders.
