The BOSS Katana-100 MkII is a powerful 100-watt guitar amplifier designed for stage performance, recording, rehearsal, and home practice. It combines BOSS Tube Logic technology with a custom 12-inch speaker to deliver dynamic response, strong projection, and detailed guitar tones.

The Katana-100 MkII features five amp characters—Clean, Crunch, Lead, Brown, and Acoustic—with newly voiced variations that expand the available tonal options. Its five independent effects sections provide Booster, Mod, FX, Delay, and Reverb effects, with three variations available in each section.

BOSS Tone Studio software provides extensive sound customization, including access to more than 60 BOSS effects, channel and global EQ settings, adjustable signal routing, and additional tone-shaping controls. The amplifier also includes eight Tone Setting memories for saving and quickly recalling favorite sounds.

For greater versatility, the Katana-100 MkII includes Power Amp In for connecting preamps, amp modelers, and multi-effects processors. Stereo Expand allows two compatible Katana MkII 100-watt amplifiers to be linked for a wider stereo setup.
