Description
Radial Engineering SGI Stereo TX Stereo Studio Guitar Interface Transmitter (R800 1800 01)
Product Description
The Radial Engineering SGI Stereo TX is the transmitter component of the SGI Stereo guitar signal extension system. It accepts left and right unbalanced instrument signals from a guitar, pedalboard, or amp modeler and sends them over a single Cat5 Ethernet cable to a compatible SGI Stereo RX receiver. This allows stereo guitar signals to travel up to 100 meters (300 feet) while maintaining a clean and consistent audio signal.
The TX features a buffered circuit designed for long-distance signal transmission and uses premium Jensen transformers as part of the SGI Stereo system. Locking RJ45 connections provide compatibility with etherCON cables for secure stage and studio connections. The unit also includes Left and Right Thru outputs for connecting nearby amplifiers or other equipment without disconnecting the transmitter.
Note: The SGI Stereo TX is a transmitter only and must be used with a compatible SGI Stereo RX receiver.
