The Roland BT-1 is a compact single-trigger pad designed to add electronic triggering to V-Drums and acoustic drum kits. Its curved bar-style design mounts conveniently to the side of a V-Pad or acoustic drum without taking up much space or disrupting your existing setup.

The BT-1 can be connected to a compatible V-Drums module or SPD-series percussion pad to trigger additional sounds and control performance functions. Beyond triggering drum sounds, it can be assigned to functions such as starting and stopping backing tracks or phrase loops, switching effects, changing kits, and controlling tap tempo.

Its internal design helps prevent false triggering when other drums or pads are played nearby. Installation is quick and simple using a drum tension rod, with attachment parts included for standard rod-type mounts.
