The Roland FC-300 is a professional MIDI foot controller designed to provide comprehensive hands-free control over MIDI instruments, effects processors, amplifiers, and other performance equipment. Built with a rugged metal chassis and stage-ready controls, it gives musicians quick access to patches, effects, and other functions without taking their hands away from their instrument.

The FC-300 features nine heavy-duty footswitches and two programmable expression pedals, providing extensive control options for live performance. The expression pedals can be assigned to parameters such as volume, effects, pitch, or other MIDI functions, while the footswitches can be programmed to transmit MIDI commands for fast and reliable operation.

Patch Mode allows the FC-300 to store up to 100 sets of MIDI messages and parameters. This makes it possible to recall complete control setups with a single footswitch press, simplifying complex MIDI configurations during performances. The controller also supports Roland's RRC2 protocol for bidirectional communication with compatible Roland equipment.

A high-contrast backlit LCD provides clear information about patches and settings, making the controller easy to operate even in dark stage environments. Two programmable Amp Control switches can also be used to control amplifier channels or effects in synchronization with patch changes.
