The Roland KD-22-GC is a premium 22-inch electronic bass drum pad designed for the V-Drums Acoustic Design series. It combines the full-size appearance of an acoustic kick drum with Roland’s advanced electronic triggering technology. The full-depth wood shell provides an authentic acoustic look, while the head-mounted sensor system delivers natural feel and rebound for a more realistic playing experience.

The enlarged trigger area provides additional space for double kick pedals and short beater settings, giving drummers greater flexibility when building their preferred setup. Updated telescopic legs improve stability and make it easier to position the kick drum securely. Adjustment indicators and redesigned rubber feet and nuts also help maintain a stable playing position during performance.

The KD-22-GC features custom chrome lugs, claws, and spurs for a professional acoustic-drum appearance. An included KDP-5 self-adhesive patch helps reduce wear caused by repeated beater strikes and supports plastic, felt, and wood beaters.
