Sennheiser AB 4 Frequency-Selective Antenna Booster
Product Description
The Sennheiser AB 4 is a frequency-selective antenna booster designed to enhance the RF performance of Evolution Wireless systems. By amplifying signals within the specified frequency range by +10 dB while attenuating out-of-range frequencies, it ensures clearer, more reliable wireless reception. The unit is powered via a connected ASA214UHF antenna splitter and includes a pass-through function that allows up to two boosters to be connected per antenna cable line for extended setups. An LED indicator confirms that the unit is receiving DC power.
For optimal performance, cable lengths should be managed as follows:
Under 24 ft (8 m) — no booster needed
24–108 ft (8–36 m) — use one booster per antenna cable line
108–216 ft (36–64 m) — use two boosters per antenna cable line
