The AB 4 draws power from a connected ASA214UHF antenna splitter and features a pass-through function, allowing up to two boosters to be connected on a single antenna line. An LED indicator confirms the unit is receiving DC power, ensuring reliable operation during performances or broadcasts.

To maintain optimal performance, consider the following cable lengths:

• Under 24 ft (8 m) — booster not required

• 24–108 ft (8–36 m) — use one booster per antenna cable line

• 108–216 ft (36–64 m) — use two boosters per antenna cable line
