The Allen & Heath AH-DLIVE-CDM48-RUFX is a high-performance C-Class MixRack that serves as the central processing engine of the dLive digital mixing system. It functions as a powerful stage box and mix processor, handling all audio routing, processing, and system control in large-scale professional live sound environments.

Built around Allen & Heath’s XCVI FPGA core, the CDM48 RUFX delivers ultra-low latency, high-resolution 96kHz audio processing, and a flexible 64-bus architecture. It provides a large number of inputs and outputs, making it suitable for complex productions such as touring systems, concerts, theaters, and installed sound systems where high channel counts and reliability are essential.

The RUFX version includes integrated RackUltra FX processing, adding onboard effects capabilities directly within the MixRack. This reduces the need for external processing units and improves workflow efficiency. Combined with fully recallable mic preamps and advanced digital networking options, the system ensures consistent, high-quality audio performance across all channels.

As part of the dLive ecosystem, the CDM48 operates as the “brain” of the system, while control surfaces or software provide user interaction and mixing control.
